Your first month is free, so you try LiquorHub before you pay. If you do pay and something goes wrong, this is exactly when you get money back — and how fast.

We check with Razorpay and return the extra or failed payment in full. No questions.
Paid after your free month and changed your mind? Tell us within 7 days of paying and we’ll refund that payment in full.
Tell us within 7 days. We’ll move the payment to the right license or plan, or refund it.
We add the lost days to every affected plan, without you having to ask.
We don’t refund the unused part of a plan. The license keeps working until the plan’s last day.
We take payments only through the Razorpay checkout. We never ask you to pay a personal UPI ID or bank account.
Each new license gets its first month free, so you can set up stock and run real closings before paying anything. The free month costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund — and when it ends, the license simply turns read-only until you choose a plan.

We reply within 2 working days and tell you whether the refund is approved.
When a payment is refunded, the plan it bought is removed from that license. If no other plan is active, the license turns read-only. Your records are not deleted — you can still see and download them, and carry on whenever you buy a plan again.
Plans don’t renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel — just don’t renew. The license stays fully active until the plan’s last day, then turns read-only. The app shows how many days are left.
If you raise a dispute with your bank instead of asking us, the refund can take much longer — please talk to us first. This policy doesn’t limit any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We’ll post any change here and update the date at the top. A change never applies to a payment made before it.
