The rules for using LiquorHub, written to be read — what you get, what you pay for, what stays yours, and what each of us is responsible for.

The short version

The full text below is what counts.
  • LiquorHub is software for licensed liquor retailers. We don’t sell, advertise or deliver alcohol.
  • The first month on each new license is free. After that you pay per license for 3, 6 or 12 months, and the price on our website is the price in the app. A lifetime plan is priced on request.
  • Your records are yours. When a plan ends the license turns read-only — you are never locked out.
  • Sale, stock and guarantee figures come from your entries. Check them against your RSBCL and excise records.
  • You are responsible for your staff logins and for keeping your owner code private.

01This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and LiquorHub of Transport Nagar, Udaipur, Rajasthan (“LiquorHub”, “we”, “us”), for using the LiquorHub web app, the LiquorHub mobile apps and this website (together, “LiquorHub”). By signing up or using LiquorHub you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

“You” means the license holder who created the owner account. Staff you add use LiquorHub on your behalf, under these same terms.

02Licensed retailers only

  • LiquorHub is for holders of a valid retail liquor license — for example a shop holding a Rajasthan excise license — and the staff they authorise. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
  • The license details you add must be yours and current. We may ask for proof, and may suspend a license that isn’t genuine.
  • You remain responsible for following the Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950, its rules, RSBCL instructions and every other law that applies to your shop — including sale timings, MRP, age limits and the registers you must keep.

03What LiquorHub is — and isn’t

LiquorHub is software to record stock, purchases and the day’s sale (by parcha or by billing), udhaar, cash and bank entries and guarantee progress, and to turn them into reports.

LiquorHub does not sell, buy, advertise or deliver alcohol, and doesn’t connect you with customers. It is not an official excise or RSBCL system: it doesn’t file anything with the excise department, RSBCL or tax authorities for you, and its reports don’t replace the registers and returns the law requires you to keep. Nothing in LiquorHub is legal, tax or financial advice.

04Your account, staff and owner code

  • You sign in with your mobile number and an OTP. Keep your phone and SIM secure — anyone holding them may be able to sign in.
  • You can add staff with their own mobile numbers, up to your plan’s limit. You are responsible for what your staff do in LiquorHub, and for removing anyone who leaves.
  • Your 6-digit owner code changes every 60 seconds. Giving it to a staff member lets them complete an action that needs your approval — share it only when you mean to.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone has misused your account.

05Free first month, plans and payment

  • Free first month. Each new license gets its first month free, so you can try LiquorHub on your own shop before paying. The app shows how many days are left.
  • Plans. After the free month, each license needs a paid plan. Current prices for the 3, 6 and 12-month plans are listed on our website and shown on the app’s Recharge screen, and the two match. We also offer a lifetime plan, whose price and terms we share on request.
  • Taxes. Prices are shown at checkout, including any tax that applies.
  • Paying. You pay through Razorpay by UPI, card or netbanking, and can pay for several licenses at once. A lifetime plan is paid through Razorpay too; we never ask you to pay a personal UPI ID or bank account. A plan starts when the payment is confirmed; if you renew early, the new period starts when the current one ends.
  • No auto-renewal. Plans don’t renew by themselves. The app shows how many days each plan has left.
  • Price changes apply only to plans bought after the change, and we’ll announce them at least 30 days ahead. A plan you’ve already paid for is never affected.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy.

06When a plan ends

The license turns read-only. You and your staff can still sign in, see everything and download reports; you just can’t add new entries until you renew. We don’t delete a license’s records because its plan ended.

07Your data

  • You own the business records you and your staff put into LiquorHub. You allow us to store, process and show them only to run LiquorHub for you, keep it secure, and as our privacy policy describes.
  • You can download your reports for Excel (and as PDF where available) at any time, including while a license is read-only.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of what is entered, and for having the right to record details of your staff, customers and retailers.
  • We may use information that can’t identify you, your shop or your figures — for example, average time to fill a parcha — to improve LiquorHub.

08Fair use

You agree not to:

  • use LiquorHub for anything illegal, including recording or hiding sales the law doesn’t allow;
  • share one owner account between different license holders, or resell LiquorHub;
  • try to break into, overload, copy or reverse-engineer LiquorHub, or reach anyone else’s data;
  • upload malicious code, or personal data you have no right to share.

09Catalog, MRP and calculations

  • We provide a brand and size catalog (with Rajasthan’s Q, P, N and M size codes) and MRP lists to save you typing. We work to keep them correct, but they can contain mistakes or fall out of date — check MRP against the official RSBCL price list and correct it in the app when needed.
  • Sale, stock, guarantee and profit figures are calculated from the entries made in your account. Check them against your physical stock and official records, especially before paying dues or making business decisions.

10Availability and changes

  • We work to keep LiquorHub running every day, but there will be planned maintenance — which we try to schedule outside shop hours and announce — and, occasionally, unplanned outages. The web app needs an internet connection.
  • We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a major feature you rely on during a paid plan, we’ll tell you in advance and, if it seriously affects you, refund the unused part of that plan.

11Liability

  • LiquorHub is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses — such as lost profit, lost business, excise penalties, or losses from decisions made using figures in LiquorHub.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the affected license in the 3 months before the claim.
  • You agree to cover our losses caused by your breach of these terms or of the law.
  • Nothing here takes away rights you have under Indian law that can’t be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12Suspension and closing

  • You can stop using LiquorHub at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in the privacy policy.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or a license that isn’t genuine. Except for fraud, a legal order or a security risk, we’ll warn you first and give you time to download your records.

13Changes to these terms

We’ll post any change here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app or by SMS or WhatsApp at least 15 days before it applies. Using LiquorHub after that means you accept the new terms.

14Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please talk to us first — most problems are solved with one call. If we can’t settle it together, the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction.
